Oversee monthly and annual sales across Bakery & Food Service channels in Jordan, meeting targets for volume, distribution reach, and store-specific growth with a strong focus on pricing and profitability, while actively exploring opportunities in the FATS segment of the Bakery and Food Service sectors to identify and target potential customers with tailored solutions.
Responsible for the achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly agreed annual sales budgets by category/by brand
Track competition prices in the market, validate authenticity and chalk out pricing strategy well in advance to capture market share. Also to set correct price index.
Understand potential of top whole sales customers to measure size of the category. Align distributor to set sales growth the plan. Monitor sales closely.
Maintain solid relationship with top 25 customers with frequent market visit with sales team.
Identify potential products/ categories in the market and update management.
To conduct training sessions for sales force on persuasive selling, handling objections and closing techniques.
To identify the potential customers and conduct tailor-made promotions to improve the business and assist the team to achieve the target
Closely monitoring customers buying pattern by SKU and discuss with distributor to ensure timely billing is happening.
Design schemes/ loyalty program and track the execution with sales team.
Special focus to drive valued added FATS with customer trial and follow-up

Minimum of 8+ years of experience in the HORECA channel
worked with palm-based fats in the bakery sector
Experience in frying solutions and the frozen meat category is an advantage. A degree in Hotel Management, Bakery Arts, or Food Solutions is highly desirable
Masters / Bachelor’s degree
