AM – Finance (Olive Oil) (Marketing Performance) is a critical commercial role responsible for the analysis, monitoring and reporting of the Marketing performance and ROI for the Business Units. This role is responsible for all marketing spends with media agencies, innovation agencies and insight partners. Commercial in-charge for the Marketing function, the incumbent will be responsible for both marketing spends and efficiencies management and driving a strong marketing performance culture across the organization.
A key partner of the Finance team within Marketing and guardian of brand and customer profitability and leader of portfolio rationalization and performance across markets, the role will require intense co ordination with Marketing, Business Units and Finance.
This role will also be the gatekeeper for all Marketing KPls monitoring and roll-out as part of Business Intelligence framework.
The incumbent will have full authority and responsibility to roll-out and institute leading edge marketing performance frameworks across the organization.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead global brand and SKU profitability analysis.
Consolidate worldwide brand profitability and performance.
Support central purchasing in agency, media, and innovation negotiations.
Track all media and marketing spends, including working and non-working categories.
Report on annual margin expansion and customer-wise brand performance.
Monitor promotion and marketing campaign ROI.
Shape the margin improvement agenda for marketing.
Recommend SKU rationalization across business groups.
Track CMI spends and set profitability improvement targets.
Act as a marketing performance co-pilot to businesses.
Drive marketing performance excellence through tools and best practices.

Work experience requirement
8-10 Years of hands on experience as business controller in FMCG or related industry as part of a Marketing/Business team.
Withastrongcommercialbackground, candidate shouldhavestrongexperience inmanagement accounting and end to end P & L for big consumer brands.
Qualification
Chartered Accountant or accounting qualification
MBA Finance (preferable)
A Master in Finance/ Bachelor in Commerce from a reputed school
