• Understand the client's requirement in detail. Discuss with colleagues, organize ideas logically and present thoughts rationally and confidently.
• Identify audit & accounting issues on a timely basis and discuss with the engagement team and the client. Identify a proper resolution of these matters.
• Responsible to complete allocated assignments/tasks within the engagements as per BDO methodology in line with respective timeline.
• Responsible to draft/guide the team in preparation/review financial statements of the allocated assignments as per IFRS, ensuring that all notes and disclosures are complete.
• Ensure to have effective two way communication and skills to resolve the issues and guide other team members to in these aspects.
• Respond promptly and accurately to queries and request by the seniors/client.
• Produce high quality work which adheres to the relevant professional standards;
Experience & Education:
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting, Auditing, or any related field
• Pursuing a professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CPA)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments
• Ability to work independently
• Fluent in English (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
