Associate

Adcourt, a boutique legal & corporate services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented lawyer to join our growing team as an Associate.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for reviewing and drafting a wide range of corporate and commercial documents.

• Drafting and reviewing Shareholder Agreements, Call Option Agreements, Loan Agreements, Articles of Association, and other corporate structuring and transaction-specific agreements
• Conduct thorough legal research to prepare Memos and Legal Opinions on specific queries in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to understand their needs and tailor agreements and required documents accordingly
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks through meticulous legal review, drafting and negotiation
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and client confidentiality
  

•  Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on transactional documents
•  Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements
•  Analytical and problem-solving skills
•  Strong attention to detail and  accuracy
•  Advanced written and verbal communication skills
•  Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively
•  Team player with a collaborative and solution-driven approach
