• Support the Property Manager by handling administrative duties such as organizing tenant documents, maintaining property files, and managing lease agreements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, responding to inquiries, addressing maintenance requests, and ensuring overall tenant satisfaction.
• Assist in coordinating maintenance tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues by working with maintenance teams or contractors.
• Aid in preparing lease renewals, conducting move-in/move-out inspections, and ensuring adherence to property policies.
• Provide assistance in rent collection, payment processing, expense tracking, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Contribute to property marketing efforts by creating online listings, conducting property showings, and advertising available units.
• Perform property inspections and document any necessary repairs or improvements to maintain high property standards.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants by addressing their concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.
