ASSISTANT SUPERVISOR - QUALITY

1. To liaise with all Sections of Technical Department in establishing process flowcharts for the sub-processes identified from DPA-SUP-TEC-003 to ensure a unified, consistent and accurate approach to work activity.

1. To carry out audits of the work processes to ensure compliance with agreed Procedures and produce reports detailing any non-compliance.

1. To collect and maintain all Technical Instruction/Parts/Operation, Workshop and Quality Manuals and ensure it’s aligned to current work practices.

1. To record, review and update latest issues of Technical information from vendors & /or manufactures manuals for existing DP World equipment and update the concerned workshop through I.O.C respectively.  

1. To liaise with workshop personnel on technical matters dealing with parts, part numbers, specifications and applications and verify updated technical parts information for individual pieces of equipment and components for input into CMMS.

1. To verify new item request forms and confirm details with available parts catalogue in an accurate manner. 

1. To maintain database for all Technical documentation namely Certificates of Tests, Inspections and Calibrations for future reference. 

1. To participate in the administration of the Technical Department Pilot Staff Suggestion Scheme.
