Assist the Project Supervisor to manage the work of a team of full time cleaning operatives whilst maintain and enhance aesthetics and minimize disruption.
Manage a project with limited number of cleaning operatives
Organize the workload of the team in coordination with the Project Supervisor and Area Supervisor, ensuring an even distribution of work.
Identify and anticipates client / customer requirements, expectations and needs and respond accordingly.
Coordinate with internal & external resources including department, vendors, Subcontractors- if any, client etc., as required to meet the assigned job’s operational needs.
Ensure that the team of cleaning operatives perform to the standard as per the SLA.
Ensure that the building’s Health and Safety Policies and Procedures is adhered to at all times
Liaise with the Project Supervisor and Site Supervisor on a regular basis, dealing effectively with any problems or complaints that may arise.
Preparation of reports, maintain records and carry out standard cleaning procedures for the managed buildings and grounds in accordance with the ISO standards and Municipal policies
Education/Qualifications
3 Year Diploma Is A Must.
Skills/ Competencies/ Experience
7 - 9 years relevant experience.
People Management Skills, problem solving skills and delegation skills.
Numerical Ability, Result Orientation and Planning & Organizing skills.
Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
