Job Description

Generate Sales & Profit
Maintaining and improving sales activities in the respective regions. Aim and Achieving Company set sales target. Provide market updates of relevant industry activities to the reporting manager. Stay informed on new product developments to provide appropriate product solutions. Review market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, and price schedules and develop sales plan to achieve goals of company. Represent company at trade association meetings / coatings shows to promote and look for new product source.

Customer Service Manager customer relationship in professional manner and provide excellent before and after sales service. Develop coordinators customer service and interpersonal skills to achieve the company’s goal. Regular visits to all customers (local & export) to keep close touch and build up relationship.

Organization Submit monthly executive sales summary and KPI to the reporting manager. Prepare timely presentation for inter departmental sales presentation. Plan for timely stocks meeting to submit product forecast and request for stock order keeping in consideration to monthly sold qty. To ensure and implement all policies and procedures of ultimate exposure.
Qualifications
University degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
