Booster Dental Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our dentists, ensuring smooth dental procedures and excellent patient care. The role requires a DHA license and General Nursing qualifications to meet the standards of healthcare in Dubai.
BASED IN DUBAI - company location OUD METHA
Key Responsibilities:
Assist dentists during dental procedures, including preparing instruments, materials, and ensuring patient comfort.
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and clinical areas.
Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, including explaining procedures and offering support.
Record and update patient information accurately, ensuring confidentiality.
Monitor patients during treatments and respond to any immediate medical needs.
Educate patients on dental hygiene, oral health care practices, and post-procedure care.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient follow-ups when required.
Support the dental team in maintaining a high standard of infection control.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Valid DHA License (Dubai Health Authority) as an Assistant Nurse.
General Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution.
Hindi communicative candidates preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
Good understanding of dental procedures and patient care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reassure and guide patients.
Proficient in patient record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
Familiarity with infection control and hygiene standards in healthcare.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a dental clinic or working alongside dentists.
Knowledge of dental software systems is a plus.
