An opportunity has arisen for a Assistant Manager - Recruitment to join Dubai Holding Group Services. Responsibilities of this role:
Job Purpose: Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in driving our initiatives forward. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting management in daily operations, leading projects, and contributing to our Emiratization goals.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Coordinate interview schedules, travel arrangements, and communication with candidates.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Support team members and foster a positive work environment.
- Utilise various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the employer brand through social media, recruitment events, and other branding initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Generate reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and discuss strategies for attracting top talent.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- UAE National as per government requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with experience in Emiratisation.
- Knowledge of key HR frameworks such as employment law, organizational planning, talent management and talent acquisition.
- Good decision making, facilitation and resolution skills.
- Outstanding inter-personal, communication, and presentation skills and an ability to connect with people at all levels to drive successful relationships.
