You will be responsible in the efficient running of the outlet, alongside the Outlet Manager, in line with Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas' strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Outlet is responsible to assist in managing the assigned outlet as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and brand standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.
Previous supervisory experience in 5 star luxury resort or stand-alone high-end venue.
An European language will be an advantage.
Ideally already based in the UAE.
