About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual to join Nestlé’s Nutrition team as an
Assistant Manager – Nutrition through a 12-month
structured rotational program. This journey is designed to provide you with diverse, end-to-end exposure to the Nutrition business—from field to strategy—and prepare you for a landing role at the end of the program.
You will rotate across key departments to gain critical experience and develop the competencies needed to become a future leader in Nestlé Nutrition.
Rotational Structure:
Stint Duration Objective Medical Delegate 3 months Build strong field experience and understand healthcare professional engagement and consumer communication.
Medical & Scientific Affairs (MSA) 2 months Gain scientific grounding and understand regulatory frameworks, clinical data, and evidence-based positioning.
Hospital Sales 2 months Learn about commercial strategies in a hospital setting and how institutional partnerships are managed.
Performance Development 1 month Focus on personal and professional growth, building key leadership and business skills.
Nutrition CDT (Commercial Development Team) 2 months Understand route-to-market strategy, trade activities, and commercial planning.
Nutrition Marketing 2 months Contribute to brand plans and campaign execution, while building consumer-centric thinking and marketing capabilities.
Key Responsibilities (throughout the journey):
Lead and contribute to strategic and operational projects across each rotation.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exposure to multiple facets of the business.
Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to deepen business understanding.
Drive personal development through continuous learning and on-the-job coaching.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nutrition, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passion for Nutrition, Health, and Wellness.
Agility, adaptability, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative mindset and a desire to make an impact.
