About the Role
To assist the Director of Learning and Development by ensuring that the functions of learning and development are carried out effectively and professionally for the organisation which includes but is not limited to facilitating learning and development programs, developing content as well as managing diverse projects related to enhancing colleague development as well as guest experience.
About You
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in delivering training programs and be proficient in creating and designing learning content. Strong skills in MS Office applications, particularly MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and delivering online training programs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, with fluency in English required; knowledge of an additional international language would be advantageous. A certification or degree in Adult Learning, Human Resources, or Hospitality Management would be preferred.
