Job Purpose
The position will assist the bank in Level I support including business support and functional support to users. To analyze and investigate the reported issues in an effective and timely manner, handling service desk incidents, raising defects for issues requiring fixes along with first level analysis (FLA) report.

Minimum Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Minimum Experience:At least eight (8) years experience in daily operation support in Core Banking systems. Experience in Islamic Bank is desirable.
