About The Role
As Assistant Manager, Finance you need to have an advanced understanding of financial standards, SOP’s, and reporting deadlines within the hospitality industry. They must possess extensive experience in delivering an exceptional ultra-luxury experience to stakeholders and have a proven track record in effectively managing a team. The Assistant Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless and efficient finance operations while upholding the highest standards of guest satisfaction.
About You
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in different disciplines in finance in the luxury hotel industry. You should have a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting and strong leadership and team management skills. Experience with financial reporting software and systems are essential and you should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Financial reporting software and systems is required.
