About the Role:



The Connectivity Center Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the One&Only One Za’abeel Connectivity Center, ensuring seamless communication, exceptional guest service, and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing all guest interactions via phone, email, and messaging platforms, managing pre-arrival processes, and ensuring that every communication enhances the guest experience.
With a strong focus on anticipation, personalization, and efficiency, the Assistant Manager will inspire and develop a high-performing team, ensuring that all interactions align with Forbes/LQA service standards. The role requires a detail-oriented leader who can coordinate with multiple departments, implement operational improvements, and maintain the highest levels of guest satisfaction.

About You:



The candidate possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with natural leadership and management abilities. They have a minimum of 3 years of experience in communication, guest relations, or a similar role within a luxury hotel environment. With a keen eye for detail, they are highly detail-oriented and demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The candidate excels in problem-solving and decision-making, thriving in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. They are fluent in English, both written and oral, and knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage. Additionally, the candidate is familiar with hotel reservation systems, MS Office, ALICE, SAGA, and Micros.
