About The Role



Assistant Manager in Aquaventure Administration provides high level support to the management in the daily operations related to administration, human resources, purchasing, project management, compliance and sustainability. Person in this role oversees the efficiency of the Administration Team Leaders and Communication Center attendants, who coordinate the daily operation of 600+ lifeguards across Aquaventure Waterpark.
Key duties and responsibilities:
Managing the flow of lifeguards and communication center attendants Complying of attendance and leave records Fostering friendly and approachable environment and continuously prioritizing Aquaventure colleagues’ wellbeing and development Handling confidential and sensitive information and serve as point of contact for any human resources related queries Driving the progress of cross functional projects and look for ways to establish streamlined processes Maintaining a good database and filing system while minimizing wastage through creative recycling Evaluate and raise necessary system requests for Procurement, IT, HR, Finance related queries Dealing with suppliers, submitting invoices and monitoring payments. Ensuring monthly financial accruals are submitted on time. Ensuring the department is fully compliant with Kerzner and Dubai government audit requirements and deadlines

About You



We are looking for candidates with 3-4 years experience in an independent supervisory role, exposure to high volume entertainment and/or hospitality industry is a big plus. You need to demonstrate the ability to drive and monitor multiple projects, be able to formulate clear expectations and present your thoughts and ideas in a concise way. To succeed in this role you, need to have the ability to analyze data metrics and translate them to actions items as well as showcase strong focus towards compliance. You should be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and have natural ability to instill trust. Strong proficiency with MS Office and previous experience in administrative capacity within a large organization is required.
