Job Description
Victory Heights Primary School is seeking two dynamic and passionate leaders to join our Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Headteachers. Following the internal promotion of two valued team members, we are looking for educators with the drive and vision to shape the future of our school.
The Role: As an Assistant Headteacher, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership of the school. Your responsibilities will include areas such as assessment, leading professional development programmes, operational management, organising whole-school events, and fostering strong communications and parent relationships. The roles are flexible, with specific duties tailored to the strengths of the successful candidates.

A visionary leader capable of inspiring and motivating both staff and students.
Experience in one or more of the following areas: assessment, professional development, operational management, organising large-scale events, or leading communications and parent relationships.
A strategic thinker who can contribute to whole-school improvement with a focus on innovation and measurable impact.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.

Desirable Experience:
Proven leadership experience in a primary school at middle or senior leadership level.
