The Associate Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of a family office, specializing in Russian and UAE taxation. They will also provide general support and concierge services while ensuring the family's financial well-being.

Our client is a UAE based company that provides financial services to businesses and affluent individuals. The company offers a wide range of services including accounting, bookkeeping, CFO expertise, concierge services, corporate services, and family office support services.

Description

1. Tax Compliance and Planning:


Oversee the preparation, review, and filing of tax returns for the family office in compliance with Russian and UAE regulations.Implement strategic tax planning to optimize tax efficiency across both jurisdictions.Stay informed about tax law changes in Russia and the UAE, advising on their impact on the family's financial strategies.


2. Financial Reporting and Analysis:


Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Conduct financial analysis to support informed decision-making, including tax optimization, investment performance, and cash flow management.Collaborate with external advisors to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.


3. Asset and Investment Management:


Assist in managing and monitoring the family's investment portfolio, including real estate, private equity, and other assets.Conduct due diligence and financial analysis for potential investments, providing recommendations based on market trends and tax implications.Coordinate with external investment advisors to align the family's investment strategy with their financial goals.


4. Family Office Administration:


Manage administrative tasks such as document control, record-keeping, and correspondence related to financial and personal matters.Coordinate with external service providers, including banks, tax advisors, and legal professionals, to streamline operations.Prepare presentations, reports, and communications for family members and other stakeholders.


5. Personalized Assistance Services:


Coordinate luxury lifestyle management services, including travel, shopping, and event planning.Build and maintain relationships with service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.Address and fulfill personal requests from family members related to their lifestyle and daily needs.


Profile

Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Preferred professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent.Minimum 3-5 years of financial or accounting experience, preferably in a family office or similar setting.In-depth knowledge of Russian and UAE tax laws and regulations.Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and investment management.Exceptional organizational skills with a capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to foster relationships with high-net-worth clients and service providers.Proficiency in financial software applications and the Microsoft Office Suite.Fluency in English and Russian.
