To assist in the management and preparation of; current financial reports and forecasts for future business growth including budgets, income statements, balance sheets
To assist in the management and recruitment of team members, subject to agreed criteria
Train and appraise individual team members to ensure targets are met
To assist in the management of the performance and development of team members
Reporting (content and format as agreed) monthly
To assist in developing plans for team activities to include financial strategy to achieve agreed targets, and effective planning.
Manage the preparation and agreement of individual action plans and targets for all team members.
To manage and present proposals to enable the team to deliver accurate and competitive financial planning
Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
Control expenses to meet agreed budgetary control.
Qualification:
CA or CA Inter
4-5 years post qualification experience working in a Group company.
