Oversee and assist with daily operations in F&B service areas (restaurants, bars, and events).
Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service staff, and management.
Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Guest Service Excellence:
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining service standards and addressing guest concerns promptly.
Train, supervise, and motivate the service team to deliver excellent customer service.
Team Leadership and Staff Management:
Assist in managing the F&B staff, including scheduling, performance management, and training.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork within the F&B department.
Inventory and Stock Control:
Assist in managing inventory, ordering, and maintaining stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
Ensure cost control measures are in place to minimize wastage and ensure efficient use of resources.
Event Coordination:
Assist in coordinating and overseeing F&B arrangements for events, banquets, and special functions at the Emirates Golf Club.
Work closely with the events team to ensure seamless execution of services.
Financial Management and Reporting:
Support the management in meeting budget goals, controlling costs, and achieving revenue targets.
Assist in preparing regular reports on operations, expenses, and sales trends.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure all F&B operations comply with local and international health and safety standards.
Promote safe working practices and ensure staff adheres to hygiene and sanitation regulations.
RequirementsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in F&B management or similar roles, preferably in a luxury or high-end establishment. Strong knowledge of F&B operations, including service standards, inventory management, and cost control. Ability to manage and lead a team, ensuring high morale and consistent service delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask. Flexibility and a positive attitude towards work in a dynamic environment. A background in events or banqueting services is an added advantage.
