About the location:
What you will do
Develops and implements promotions, meeting with MMI and A&E (wine &spirit).
Develops a food and beverage operating strategy that is aligned with the business strategy and leads its execution.
Reviews manning to ensure departments efficiency so that operational goals and needs are met.
Encourage an “open door” mindset to identify and address employee challenges in a timely manner.
Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control while focusing on creative revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
Work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage, Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to design an effective menu and wine list while ensuring excellent product quality at a fair price.
Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in multiple Food & Beverage operations and outlets to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met.
What you bring
4-5 years of working experience in a managerial role at luxury hospitality environment as a department head is mandatory.
Middle East experience recommended.
Solid knowledge of food & beverage, have creativity and flair.
Mandatory Wine & Spirit knowledge (Sommelier experience, Bar Manager, …)
Business acumen needed.
