Black & Grey HR is hiring on behalf of a renowned University in the UAE. Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Clinical Instructor to join their dynamic team. The Assistant Clinical Instructor will provide instructional support to the clinical education programs, assisting in the development of students' clinical skills through hands-on training, supervision, and evaluation
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of clinical education sessions, labs, and workshops.
- Supervise and mentor students during their clinical training, ensuring adherence to best practices and patient safety.
- Collaborate with faculty to develop clinical training curricula, assessments, and instructional materials.
- Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and assist in the evaluation of student performance during clinical rotations.
- Assist in organizing and managing clinical placements and coordinating with external healthcare facilities.
- Maintain accurate records of student evaluations and clinical activities.
- Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Support the development of research projects related to clinical education and healthcare practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in clinical education and healthcare practices.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field (e.g., Nursing, Medicine, Physiotherapy) required
- Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in teaching or clinical instruction is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of clinical practices, healthcare standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with the healthcare education system in the UAE is a plus
