Duties:
• Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and streamlined information for efficient management
• Update company prequalification documents periodically, including CVs, capability statements, and cut sheets, to ensure relevance and accuracy
• Oversee the company’s registration processes, Expressions of Interest (EOI), and prequalification submissions
• Handle initial business development communications by promptly responding to client inquiries about company services in a professional and approachable manner
• Conduct research and preparation for meetings to ensure effective communication
• Build and update a database of potential sub-consultants
• Use tools like InDesign and Word to prepare capability statements, prequalification’s, and tenders
• Assemble and submit documents following company templates and guidelines
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the Middle East
• Intelligent, organized, careful, and thorough
• Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
• Dedicated – willing and able to make extra effort and meet deadlines
• Loyal – maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
• Takes initiative – identifies necessary and useful tasks ahead of instruction
• Willing and able to learn and take on increased responsibility
• Basic understanding of the design consultancy sector (experience preferred)
