As we embrace different ways of seeing the world, listening to each other and respecting different viewpoints, we grow stronger – together.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesGeneric AccountabilityEnsure adequate staffing of retail sales department and raise any concerns to BM.Provide input on CSO’s performance to the BM.Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance to CSO’sJob Specific AccountabilitiesSupport BM in implementing retail sales change initiatives. Actively Sell / cross sell asset and liability products to new and existing Classic and advantage customer.Ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets as per customer segmentsSupervise CSO performance by participating in and leading daily retail sales team meetingsAttract new customers to branch through personal relations and existing customer referralsMonitor CSO daily operations and provide necessary authorizationsSupport CSO’s by serving customers during peak timesAssign tasks fairly to staff so that no work is left pending at day endEnsure that activities adhere to audit, risk, legal and policy requirementsProvide direct coaching, mentoring and guidance to CSO’sIdentify staff training needs (products, systems, sales skills)  and address them.Authorized Financial and Non-Financial transactions.Ensure proper control maintained for all unissued /undelivered credit cards, cheque books, Debit cards and PIN.Attend all incoming e-mail and provide response within 24 hours.Participate in and potentially lead daily retail sale team meeting.All required branch reports to be reviewed and signed and retained for audit records.Ensure surprise check is conducted on required intervals.Interaction with colleagues/ internal stakeholders and ensure completion of Mandatory trainingsNPS: - Ensure assigned NPS target is achieved by representing FAB values and following customer obsessed methodology to ensure high level of customer experience at all times with zero customer complaints.Role of AML /Compliance CoordinatorCustodian of Safe deposit lockerCash Vault custodyPolice alarmSpecific AccountabilityWork closely with BM to determine how to best achieve sales targets for Classic and Advantage customer and determine the best way to allocate targets among CSO staffQualificationsBachelor’s degree in any discipline.10 years’ relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 5 years in similar positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities in the branch network function.
