Providing administrative support to executives, managers, and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, working with recruiting agencies in recruiting new talent and coordinating meetings. Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to appropriate personnel, and responding to inquiries as needed as well as very basic accounting.
job will entail accompanying me out of office to meetings in some instances and as well as catering to administration of office activities.
