Key Responsibilities:
Manage scheduling and calendar for the supervisor, including meetings and appointments
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes during meetings
Distribute relevant information to team members
Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical
Assist with data entry and database management
Support the preparation of reports and analyses as needed
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus
language : English
Able to travel
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
