الوصف الوظيفي

Job Description:

  • Brainstorm with the Fashion Design team to select the seasonal themes, mood board and create new inspiration for the brand.
  • Manage design process from conception through to final styling with the Fashion Design Team
  • Prepare collection with 30-50 option based on agreed color palette, mood board and fabric.
  • Supervise, coach, train the team, and provide support needed.

About the Client:

 A proud Retail group in Dubai, well known within GCC for its growing international portfolio of elegance and trends in women’s fashion.


Qualifications: 

  • 38 years old and below; with minimum of 5 years of experience in fashion industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, similar field, or equivalent visual design
  • Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
  • Strong leadership skills and portfolio required
