·To work in designated region in
UAE.
·Will be responsible for
achievement of sales targets with the help of Sales Executive/s in his
designated region.
·Handle a team of Sales
Executives/s.
·Keep the harmony among the team
and motivating them to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
·Helping sales executives to
close the leads and secure the orders.
·Doing combined visits with
sales executives to Key Accounts.
·Training sales executives and providing
them assistance wherever required.
· Resolving conflicts among
the team, if any.
·Meeting customer requirements
while being well informed about products specifications, and recommending
appropriate products.
·Customizing content of sales
presentations for individual clients.
·Submitting orders by referring
to price lists and product literature.
·Keeping management informed by
submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory
analyses.
·Monitoring competition by
gathering current market place information on pricing, products new products,
delivery schedules, marketing strategies etc.
·Resolving customer complaints
by coordinating with workshop
·Developing strong personal
relationships with customers.
·Ready to work for even long
hours and providing customers the best of services even after office hours.
