Architect Design Manager

AHS is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect Design Manager to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee and manage architectural design processes, ensuring that all designs meet client needs, regulatory standards, and company objectives. The Architect Design Manager will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop creative solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of our projects.

• Lead the architectural design team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality outputs
• Oversee the development of architectural designs from conceptualization to final documentation
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and incorporate feedback into design solutions
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards and Design Programme
• Review and approve design packages, ensuring that they align with project goals and budgetary constraints
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the design process
