Arabic Speaking Female Restaurant Supervisor for Industrial Catering Company

Apt Resources is in search of an experienced and highly motivated Arabic-speaking Female Restaurant Supervisor to join the team of one of our clients, a leading industrial catering company in UAE, for their location in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing food and beverage operations at various industrial sites while ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency.

You will lead a team of F&B staff, coordinate with site managers on menu planning, monitor food production, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

If you have prior experience as an F&B Supervisor within an industrial catering environment or Hospitality Industry, possess strong leadership skills, and are passionate about delivering excellence in service, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on service techniques, food safety, and customer service excellence.
• Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Oversee inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on daily operations, staff performance, and customer feedback for management review.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service.
