Annual Maintenance Contract For Generator Service FY-2025
Contract Posted On: January 14, 2025 Closing On: January 18, 2025 Description Annual Maintenance Service for MBH 375 KVA Generator Quarterly Service/ Minor Service (4 times per Year) Check for leaks, foreign objects, loose fittings & guards. Visual inspection for radiator/heat exchanger for leaks, damage or debris Check radiator louvers if operates correctly (if equipped) Check coolant level, top up if necessary. Check coolant condition for rust, oil, contaminants. Check coolant filter cap gasket & sealing surfaces. Inspect hoses & connections for deterioration. Check tightness of connections. Check fan belts condition/ inspect for wear or deterioration. Inspect air filter, clean if necessary. Inspect piping & filter housing for damage, leaks or loose connection. Inspect exhaust manifold silencer & piping for damage, leaks or loose hardware. Check fuel system for external leaks. Visually inspect fuel tank for leaks Inspecting batteries & cleaning terminals (If required) Check & top up electrolyte level if applicable Check for leaks - front & rear seals Inspect the pressure gauge & readings Inspect breather pipe line. Operational checking of emergency stop, Auto/Manual start & stop conditions. Report any mal-functions Check voltage & frequency for proper settings & stability DURATION (1st,JAN 2025 TO 31st,DEC 2025)
