Analyst - Problem Management
11 months contract - Extendable
Responsible for leading the execution of Problem management life-cycle process and will be responsible to review the problems trends, planning and driving improvement plan to be proactive in identifying problems, analyze and recommend service improvement with the possible solutions obtained from various technical teams
Acting as a point of contact for all infrastructure and application problems, Responsible for ownership and coordination of actions of those problems, analyze root cause, identify known error and coordinating actions to fix the error
Maintain records of problems under analysis and their current progress and status & update know error database
