DESCRIPTION 3 days onsite technician Quarterly Cycle: Insect Public Health Pest - Inspection and required treatment to all common areas of the 27 oor hotel which includes; 2 basement, all corridors, hallways, lobby area, banquet hall, lift landing, landscape. FREQUENCY Three times a week 2 Days onsite technician Insect Public Health Pest - Inspection and required treatment to all common areas of the 32 floor hotel which includes; 1 basement, corridors and hallways, lobby area, banquet hall, lift landing, landscape area, MEP room, car parking area, hotel & mgmt office, meeting room, and immediate other pertinent areas of the hotelFREQUENCY Twice a week Quarterly Cycle: 493 Guest rooms, subject to availability of the rooms to complete quarterly service cycle. Monthly Cycle: Rodent and Insect Public Health Pest - Sta changing room/locker, staff toilet, receiving area, health club area, gym, swimming pool along with the servicing of the 24 tamper proof rodent bait stations.FREQUENCY Twice a week 2 Days onsite technician Insect Public Health Pest - Inspection and required treatment to all common areas of the 45 floor hotel which includes; corridors and hallways, lobby area, banquet hall, lift landing, landscape area, MEP room, car parking area, hotel & mgmt office, meeting room, and immediate other pertinent areas of the hotelFREQUENCY Twice a week Quarterly Cycle: 490 Guest rooms, subject to availability of the rooms to complete quarterly service cycle. Monthly Cycle: Rodent and Insect Public Health Pest - Sta changing room/locker, sta toilet, receiving area, health club area, gym, swimming pool along with the servicing of the 50 tamper proof rodent bait stations. FREQUENCY Twice a week Inspection and treatment as required for all the 6 outlets and bars, main kitchen, sub kitchens, pastry areas, butchery areas, dishwashing areas, food preparation areas, all pantries, staff cafeteria, food & beverage store rooms, receiving areas and main garbage room. FREQUENCY Twice a month Quarterly Cycle: 437 Guest rooms, subject to availability of the rooms to complete quarterly service cycle. FREQUENCY Twice a week Monthly Cycle: Rodent and Insect Public Health Pest - Sta changing room/locker, sta toilet, receiving area, health club area, gym, swimming pool along with the servicing of the 40 tamper proof rodent bait stations Inspection and treatment as required for 3 outlets and kitchen. FREQUENCY Twice a month . 2 Days onsite technician Insect Public Health Pest - Inspection and treatment to the internal and immediate external common areas of the hotel which includes the (B2+GF+P3+18F+HC) which includes the reception, lobby, corridor, MEP rooms and shafts, odes, function areas, pool, gym. Quarterly Cycle: 327 Guest rooms, subject to availability of the rooms to complete quarterly service cycle. Monthly Cycle: Rodent and Insect Public Health Pest - Sta changing room/locker, sta toilet, receiving area, health club area, gym, swimming pool along with the servicing of the 40 tamper proof rodent bait sations. Inspection and treatment to the internal areas of the Main kitchen, sub kitchen, outlet kitchens, pantries, sta dining area, receiving area, food prep rooms, pantries, all day dining, Thai/Japan resto, cafe, bar FREQUENCY Twice a monthDURATION OF CONTRACT 1ST JAN 2025 TO 31ST DEC 2025
