AI Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans outlining objectives, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation. 
• Oversee the execution of AI projects, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. 
• Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to incorporate advanced algorithms into AI systems. 
• Ensure seamless integration of new algorithms with existing systems and workflows. 
• Oversee the collection, preprocessing, and management of diverse datasets for training and testing purposes. 
• Conduct extensive testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI models. 
• Monitor the performance of AI models and identify areas for improvement. 
• Implement strategies to enhance AI damage detection accuracy by 20% within the specified timeframe. 
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns. 
• Present project progress and results to senior management and other key stakeholders. 
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. 
• Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
• Proven experience in managing AI and machine learning projects. 
• Strong understanding of advanced machine learning algorithms and data processing techniques. 
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. 
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). 
• Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
