About The Role
About You As the face of the spa you have first contact with guests, so need to have a naturally engaging and professional demeanor and act with emotional intelligence when consulting with guests about their personal information. You will display strong task management skills as you seamlessly coordinate and communicate guests requests and movement within the facility and deliver a 5 star guest experience. You will strive to create emotional connections with our guests that will draw them back again and again whilst simultaneously exercising strong interpersonal and sales techniques. It is essential that you have previous experience in either a high-end day spa, resort or hotel spa, or alternatively, prior work history in front office, guest relations, club lounge, hotel reservations or similar environment. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and deliver a first-class spa experience. Computer literacy is imperative, fluency in English is a must and additinal fluency in Russian will be a big plus.
