Agent Partner ManagerSTAN Region Location: Based in-region or near an EF Academy campus, with regular travelTeam: Global AdmissionsReports to: Regional Agent Director Be the Force Behind EF Academy’s Global Agent Growth We’re looking for an Agent Partner Manager (APM) who can move fast, build trust, and close deals. You’ll be the face of EF Academy for our regional agent network—and your success will directly shape our student body and global reach. This is not a slow-onboarding, wait-and-see role. We need someone who knows how to build momentum, engage the right partners, and drive the full enrollment funnel—from agent engagement to student onboarding. Strong relationships and commercial urgency go hand-in-hand in this role. What You’ll Drive Agent Growth & Partnership Management
Sign and onboard new high-potential agent partners
Strengthen and grow existing agent relationships
Lead impactful trainings and familiarization events
Deploy region-specific marketing and admissions materials
Sales Pipeline & Enrollment Impact
Manage the full funnel from agent outreach to student enrollment
Guide agents and families through application, qualification, and admissions
Track conversion metrics and address blockers proactively
Ensure all student referrals are vetted and application-ready
Market Development & Intelligence
Monitor regional trends, competitor moves, and pricing strategies
Identify high-opportunity markets and agent opportunities
Share insights to shape EF Academy’s positioning and messaging
Recommend adaptations based on agent and family feedback
Financial & Operational Excellence
Oversee agent contracts, commissions, and incentive programs
Track marketing spend and outcomes by region
Ensure CRM (Salesforce) data and documentation is current and complete
Maintain audit-ready reporting across all activities
What You Bring
Proven ability to build partnerships and convert activity into enrollments
Strong sales instincts—you ask for the business and know how to close
Clear, confident communicator across cultures and formats
Experience managing agent networks, client relationships, or B2B accounts
Comfortable with travel, autonomy, and managing multiple pipelines
Data-savvy with experience in CRM systems and performance tracking
Fluency in English, high proficiency in Russian required
