We are seeking an
Aftersales Service Technical Specialist to support and enhance post-sales
technical services. This role focuses on diagnosing technical issues, providing
solutions, and ensuring excellent customer support. The ideal candidate will
work closely with service teams, customers, and internal departments to improve
service quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESULTS/ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE:
Provide technical support and guidance to customers and service teams.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues efficiently.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve service
solutions.
Conduct technical training for service personnel and customers.
Ensure adherence to service standards and best practices.
Analyze service data and customer feedback to enhance aftersales
support.
Assist in warranty claims and product recalls when necessary.
Stay up to date with product developments and industry trends.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Automotive, Electronics, or
a related field.
Experience in technical support, aftersales service, or a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
Proficiency in troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools.
Excellent teamwork and customer service skills.
Knowledge of service management systems and CRM tools is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; additional
language skills are a plus.
