We are seeking a seasoned Affiliate & Community Manager to join our South Asia marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology, and you should have a well-versed understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry.
Responsibilities
[KOL Management]
Proactively reach out to KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders/Influencers/YouTubers) to expand our affiliate network
Handle negotiations, onboarding processes, and any necessary paperwork to ensure smooth integration of new affiliates
Maintain consistent and effective communication with affiliates to build strong relationships
Analyze affiliate performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance their effectiveness
Develop and implement promotional campaigns with a strong focus on maximizing ROI
Build reports using internal data to track and optimize the overall performance of the affiliate channel
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOLs to stay ahead in the market
[Community Management]
Actively engage with the South Asian community across various platforms (Telegram, forums, chat groups, etc.) to foster an interactive environment and assist community members with their inquiries
Plan and execute community events, both online and offline, such as meetups, events, workshops, webinars, and AMA sessions
Gather and analyze community feedback to provide actionable insights to internal teams, helping to shape product development and marketing strategies
Track and report on community growth, engagement, and sentiment, using analytics tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to deploy cross-functional community initiatives
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in managing affiliate and/or community programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space
Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the broader fintech landscape.
A business development background is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and manage a diverse community.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in working with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers
