Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultations:
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin type, concerns, and beauty goals.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual skin assessments.
• Explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to ensure client understanding and satisfaction.
2. Skincare Treatments:
• Perform a variety of facial treatments, including deep cleansing, hydrating, anti-aging, and exfoliating facials.
• Offer specialized skincare treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and LED light therapy.
• Provide advice on skincare routines, products, and lifestyle habits that can improve skin health.
3. Body Treatments:
• Conduct body treatments such as body scrubs, wraps, and massages to enhance relaxation and skin tone.
• Perform non-surgical slimming treatments and detoxifying procedures as per the clinic’s offerings.
4. Hair Removal Services:
• Deliver hair removal treatments, ensuring client comfort and precision.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety protocols during hair removal procedures.
5. Non-Invasive Aesthetic Treatments:
• Apply non-invasive cosmetic treatments such as micro-needling, radiofrequency, ultrasound therapy, and other beauty-enhancing procedures (if qualified and trained).
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in beauty technology and incorporate new techniques where applicable.
6. Client Care:
• Build strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business through personalized care and follow-up appointments.
• Provide advice on home care routines and recommend appropriate skincare products or future treatments.
7. Sales & Product Knowledge:
• Promote and sell skincare and beauty products to clients based on their needs.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the clinic or salon.
8. Treatment Preparation & Maintenance:
• Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring all tools and products are sterilized and ready for use.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workspace and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and updates in compliance with clinic policies.
9. Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with other therapists, nurses, or clinic professionals to ensure coordinated care when necessary.
• Support team members by sharing knowledge and expertise in the beauty and aesthetics field.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in an aesthetic Clinic is preferred.
• Licensure/Certification: DHA License
• Proficient in skincare and body treatments, with a strong understanding of skin anatomy.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills, with the ability to explain treatments and skincare advice to clients.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on providing a high level of client care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple clients.
• Sales and customer service skills to promote and sell beauty products.
