As an Advertising Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing an industry-specific portfolio of advertising clients, ensuring revenue growth. Your key focus will be on enhancing relationships with key planners, buyers, and senior leads within the media agencies, creating opportunities for our long-term existing clients, whilst winning new advertisers for both dubizzle and Bayut.


In this role, you will:


  • Develop and successfully execute a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed growth and revenue goals for your industry;
  • Identify opportunities in the market by creating and targeting a list of key potential clients, matching our products to the client's needs;
  • Understand the media agency landscape and who the decision makers are, building strong reasoning for why they should advertise on dubizzle/Bayut.;
  • Drive high levels of sales activity to build a strong pipeline and portfolio of clients across all stages of the sales cycle (source, pitch, negotiate, convert, onboard and rebook);
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge on both the dubizzle and Bayut advertising products but also market trends, becoming a market expert in your field;
  • Consistently deliver for your advertisers by creating well-structured and thorough media plans/proposal slides which fit the client’s needs;
  • Actively manage each campaign, improve performance where possible and analyse performance, guiding the client on the next steps;
  • Provide solid weekly/monthly revenue forecasts to management which are accurate.
