Operations Management:
• Introduce our products and pitching them in market targeting Customer Expansion focusing
on high margin frying shortening ranges in HORECA
• Handle all communications related to sales activities, event organization, etc.
• Conducting the research to identify new leads
• Stay informed about government procurement policies, procedures, and upcoming projects.
• Conduct thorough research on leads to identify potential opportunities.
• Collaborate with the proposal team to develop compelling and competitive bids for tenders.
• Ensure that all proposals meet the specific requirements outlined in the tender documents.
• Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential risks or
opportunities.
• Analyze and report on the success and performance of customer acquisition efforts.
Finance Management:
• Monthly business performance reports
Stakeholder Management
• Build and maintain strong business relationship with customer’s decision makers.
• Ensure customer needs are clearly communicated to business units
• Working in closely with development teams to introduce new products / new applications with
customers
• Attend relevant industry events and networking functions to expand the company's presence
• Engage in effective negotiation with customer's stakeholders.
• Work closely with the legal team to finalize contracts and agreements.
KPIs
• % growth in Customer Expansion (HORECA)
• IFFCO brand awareness and market data gathering and segmentation
• Monthly business performance reports
• Stakeholder / customer satisfaction Survey
• Compliance with applicable legislation and regulations
• Problem resolution in a timely manner (comebacks minimized).
