Administrator Sales

• Manage daily studio operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Handle client communications via WhatsApp, email, social media, and phone calls.
• Schedule classes, appointments, and manage instructor calendars using studio software.
• Welcome clients, provide orientation, and handle client inquiries proactively.
• Actively promote and sell memberships, packages, and special offers.
• Monitor attendance and follow up with inactive clients.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and studio areas.
• Process payments, billing, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist in preparing promotional materials and organizing studio events.

Training Period:

Duration: 2 weeks

Objectives: Learn studio policies, software (Mindbody/ClassPass), customer management, sales strategies, and operational protocols.

Evaluation: Performance reviewed after training to determine readiness for permanent role.

Salary and Benefits:

Training Period: AED 3,000 per month

Post-training Salary: AED 4,000 per month

Commission: 5% on all sales generated by the administrator (memberships, packages, additional services)

Opportunity for salary review after 6 months based on performance

Hiring Process:

• Training Period (Trial): 2-week paid training for selected candidates.
