Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Marketing Administrative Assistant to support the marketing team in our B2B bakery ingredients business of IFFCO Group.
This role focuses on administrative tasks and coordination to ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for supporting marketing efforts in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Documentation: Maintain and organize marketing materials, project files, and reports.
Label & Artwork Management: Make the necessary coordination for the creation of product labels with the design agency.
Data Analysis & Management: Update and manage key customer data in CRM systems in addition to publishing regular sales reports.
Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and workshops, including logistics and follow-ups.
Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of marketing collateral and promotional items.
Purchase Orders: Process invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for marketing activities.
Team Assistance: Provide general support for the marketing team, including preparing presentations, meeting notes, and correspondence.
