The role holder will work closely with the team to provide administrative help and facilitate a range of day-to-day functions, such as composing and editing emails, preparing meeting agendas, and other communications. There will be a strong requirement for administrative support on various tasks. IncludingMaintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documentsAttend meetings and take notesHandling travel, reservation, and meeting requestsBasic HR Functions, including PTO managementAssist on Ad hoc projectsRequirementsProficiency in Outlook, calendar management, and Microsoft Office applications. Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented approach to tasks. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. High diligence and attention to detail when handling real estate documents and tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
