We are looking for a female Admin Coordinator to undertake a variety of tasks relating to Procurement, Logistic, Accounting & Finance operations. The role also involves other admin duties.Responsibilities: Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports Proficient in Making Presentations Expertise in Email/Letter Drafting Follow-up with banks / customer for payment Gate Pass for Raw material and high value goods Arrangement of Travel (Ticket, Hotel) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
