As an Ambassador of the Maison, you will assist Executive Committee member in all the tasks related to office administration, in coordination with the other team members of the Maison.
Assisting in:
Managing schedules and agendas for Executive Committee members Organizing trips, meetings, and conference calls Preparing files and gathering all necessary information on a request basis Maintaining the file and assisting in shipping gifts during special events for President’s guests
Liaising with the local and international teams, Richemont teams, and external contacts for:
Announcements/flow of information Support International Executive Committee members visiting Dubai Support President's special guests
Provide support for organizing events such as :
Team Building Regional events Office organisation and follow-up with employee
Any other general administration and coordination needed as requested by the Executive Assistant.
