الوصف الوظيفي

New In Dubai marble trading company located in Jebel Ali free zone area is looking for administration and accounting manager.

  • Examine account and system-related reports of the organization to make accurate assessments.
  • Provide assistance with balance sheets, tax calculations, and financial statement information.
  • provide supervision and coordination of import and export operations
  • Facilitate a smooth yearly audit process through an independent evaluator by providing accurate transactions and balances of the company.
  • Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.
  • Analyze reconciling bank statements, and monitor company finances to issue accurate and insightful reports within defined deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the management and uphold the standard laws and regulations for monitoring, updating, and maintaining fiscal activities.

المهارات

  • Pertinent educational qualification in the field of Commerce, Finance, and Import and Export.
  • Strong understanding of accounting aspects like balance sheets, cash flow management, business forecast, and profitability.
  • Strong understanding of Import and export rules from/to free zone
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills in partnership management and inter-department coordination.
  • Adept in data analysis, interpretation, and use of modern accounting techniques.
  • Excdellent knoledge of accounting softwares.
  • Presenting an in-depth analysis of the company's financial statements through concise reports.
  • Ability to handle relevant software like Microsoft Suite for efficient preparation of reports and statements.
