Job Description



We are seeking an organized and efficient Administration Assistant to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an integral part of our organization, you will provide crucial support to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Manage and maintain office schedules, including coordinating meetings and appointments Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner Prepare and organize various documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including expense reports and invoicing Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment

Qualifications



Must be an Emirati national 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies
