Administration Assistant


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and basics human resources tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the department. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Travel and Accommodation Coordination:
    • Manage and monitor hotel and flight reservations for both clients and employees, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to company policies.
  • Visa Management:
    • Oversee the creation and renewal of visas, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Account Management:
    • Track and facilitate the opening of new accounts, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • HR Support:
    • Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee tracking and updating HR systems as per free zone rules 
    • Provide support in the organization of employee seminars and training sessions.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Support the General Manager with scheduling, agenda management, and reporting.
    • Handle general administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in an administrative role with HR tasks is a must
  • Bachelor or MBA
  • Driving license is a must
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving kills.
